Deepak Drives began as an engineering company focused on servicing and maintaining German-made pharmaceutical and packaging machinery. Our journey began with a need for variable speed pulleys, which were scarce in the market. To meet this demand, we developed our own pulleys for internal use.
As our expertise in variable speed pulleys grew, other pharmaceutical machinery companies sought our manufacturing services for their custom designs and sizes. This marked our entry into the manufacturing of variable speed drives. Over time, we have diversified our product range to include interchangeable pulleys for leading brands such as Lenze, Berges, Miki, Speed Selector, Lovejoy, SEW, Becker, and others. Additionally, we produce and offer a range of standard variable speed pulleys.
In 1987, we expanded our offerings to include Motorised Variable Speed Gear Units with capacities of up to 60 H.P. Our extensive experience in handling and manufacturing various types of drives allows us to provide tailored solutions at competitive prices.
Our state-of-the-art factory is equipped with advanced facilities, including CNC Turning, Grinding, Dynamic Balancing, Vertical/Horizontal Boring, Milling, Broaching, and Hobbing. This enables us to deliver high-quality products and solutions that meet the exacting standards of our clients.
